Letter from Yeshivah

The following letter was sent to Chaim Herzog by the Yeshivah Shul Committee. They also dont recognize that he is a Rabbi. Anyone can see that they are doing the best they can to settle this bdarkei noiam but Herzog continues his nonsense. Its only a matter of time before he will be sacked.

Dear Chaim Herzog
We writing to you in relation to two specific serious issues that the Yeshivah Shule Committee believes need to be addressed immediately.
1. Your abuse and threatening behaviour towards Mr N Werdiger in the foyer of the Shule on Shabbos Chanukah 5771
2. The unauthorised removal of signs and damage to the noticeboard
The Committee has made several attempts to resolve these matters, and have also asked that you attend a meeting with Rabbi Telsner Shlita.
Initially Yossi Klein made contact and asked that you attend a meeting with Rabbi Telsner.
Subsequently, Hershel Herbst explained to you that your behaviour will have consequences if not stopped, including being asked not to come into the Shule and its environs.
Finally, Shimon Cowen, on numerous occasions, made attempts to bring your issues to mediation, to give you the opportunity to air your grievances.
Unfortunately our efforts to resolve these matters have not achieved any resolution in relation to the 2 areas of unacceptable behaviour.
Firstly the Shule Committee firmly believes that all mispallelim are entitled to feel safe and secure, and not be subjected to threatening behaviour while at Shule. The Shule Committee makes every effort to provide a safe, secure and pleasant environment for everyone that wishes to daven in Shule and the other minyonim.
The Shule maintains two noticeboards, one which is freely available to all to advertise events and services. These noticeboards are monitored regularly for anything that may contravene halocho, be offensive or not be suitable for our community. Such signs are removed only at the discretion of the Rov or the committee. It is unacceptable for anyone else to determine which signs are to remain and which need to be removed, let alone cause damage to Shule property.
The Shule Committee respectfully requests from you;
1. That you apologise to Mr N Werdiger, before Yom Kippur, for your unwarranted and aggressive
behaviour towards Mr Werdiger, which occurred on the Shule premises. This apology needs to be
acceptable to Mr Werdiger and not a nominal apology.
2. The Yeshivah Shule requires an immediate commitment that you will desist from removing signs and causing damage to the noticeboard.
If you are unable to accept and fulfil our requests, we reserve the right to ask you not to attend the Yeshivah Shule and its environs.

Banned from YG Melbourne

Finally the Rabbis in Melbourne have taken a stand against Chaim Herzog for his crazy antics. Yeshivah Gedola has banned him from entering for a month. Here is the letter they sent him after his most recent outburst.

See how they address him as "Mr" and not "Rabbi"? This is probably because he paid Mendel Kamintzky to do his smicha test and fax the answers.

Now he wont be able to harass the YG shluchim and wont be able to stop them working on the big Lag Baomer function with Serebryanski and JBD and East Melbourne shul.

Purim in the City

Chaim Herzog is running Purim in the City again this year. We got a leaked letter he sent asking for funds. You might think its a Purim joke but it is real!!! Here it is

Is this for real?
2000 people at twice weekly lunch and learn? that would mean 20 people come each time
"our staff" reach out? who is that? Chaim doing pastoral care at hospitals?
reach out to 200 people on a weekly basis?
500 people at Purim in the City? Are there even 500 Jews in the city?

Is it crazy enough for you yet? Annual budget of $192,500!!! For what? For Chaim to run around stalking and harassing people? Who gives him the money for this?

Such a chutzpah to go asking for money with lies and rubbish like this. The person who sent me this letter definitely thinks so.

Who is Rebbitzen Herzog?

This message was sent out by Chaim Herzog to his mailing list. It is almost exactly the same as a message sent out to the Yeshivah community mailing lists that was signed Rabbi and Rebbetzin Telsner. The only difference is that it is signed Rabbi and Rebbetzin Herzog. Who is Rebbetzin Herzog??? He also left on the part at the bottom that goes at the end of every e-mail from Emmanuels mailing list.

What an embarrassment!

It was just three years ago, this week, that Rabbi Gavriel and Rivkah Holtzberg, the beloved directors of Chabad-Lubavitch of Mumbai and the other kedoshim, were killed during a terrible terrorist attack in India by those who would foster hatred and darkness in this world.  Calls have gone out to our women worldwide to help create light in the place of darkness by encouraging and teaching as many Jewish women and girls as possible to fulfil the beautiful mitzvah of lighting Shabbat candles in their memory.

We should certainly do this here in Melbourne as well, as we remember this dedicated young couple who brought so much light and holiness into the world as shluchim in Mumbai. In their memory and the memory of all those who lost their lives so tragically on that day, let us create light in the place of darkness.

Let us resolve to organize ourselves on Erev Shabbos every week so that the Shabbos candles are lit on time with serenity and calm, ushering in the wonderful gift of Shabbos, illuminating our homes and the entire world around us with blessing and peace for us all until the time of Yom Shekulo Shabbos with the speedy arrival of Moshiach Tzidkeinu.

Kinus Hashluchim 5772/2011

Chaim Herzog keeps telling people he is a proper shliach and will be going to the Kinus Hashluchim. He tried to get a ticket to the Kinus but couldn't because he is NOT listed as a shliach. Merkos took him off the list a while back because he is not married and should not be a shliach. He should never have been appointed in the first place. He kept harrassing the staff of the Kinus but they didn't give in to his nonsense and he didnt get a ticket. A small victory for the good guys.

That didnt stop him going to New York and hanging around like he is a shliach. He is known as a stalker and maybe he thinks if people see him around there they will think he is also a shliach. Typical fraud! He is a disgrace to all real shluchim and should be thrown out of there.

Chaim Herzog is NOT an official Merkos shliach. He gives REAL shluchim a bad name, and is making a Chilul Sheim Lubavitch in Melbourne. Ask Moshe Kotlarsky or look for his name on the merkos web site.
